There was a small delay in the delivery, I got an email regarding it, but this was AWESOME. works as it says, quality top notch, and performs amazingly. If you use it for 2-4 weeks, there is absolutely no sign of headaches or migraines. I even got my dark eyes better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like the heat. The massage is a bit too much for the temples even on medium. It does massage my eyes just right on medium. I have started a new drug for dry eye syndrome at the same time receiving mask. My eyes feel much better since using the mask. I use it twice daily for 20 minutes. The battery capacity could be better. I get 3 20 minute uses per charge. I hope to get a year out of it, but doubtful.

TikTok made me buy it, and the first time I put it on, I actually took a nap--unexpectedly. the controls take a little memorizing, but once you've got the hang of it, operation is easy. I don't do high pressure, as I found it a bit too intense on my eyeballs. The heat feels delicious on your eyes and sinuses. I'm happy I purchased this product.

My daughter does a lot of computer work, all day in fact. She loves this to help relax her eyes after a day of looking into fine details. It has worked well and she prefers the cooling to the heating. She does not sleep in it as she says its just weird, but I have caught her napping in it. That should tell you how relaxing it is. She prefers to keep the cooling mask in the fridge and not the freezer.
